Senior Systems Engineer - Level 2
Client is looking for a Service Desk Enthusiast that enjoys finding solutions and resolving business problems. The Service Desk is part of the Service Delivery Team and provides all of the reactive support to clients’ customers.This position is for an individual who is well rounded and desires to be involved in all aspects of the IT field. Individual will need to be self-motivated, detail and process oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have solid problem solving and trouble-shooting skills. They must be able to see the bigger picture when resolving requests instead of purely apply band aids.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Work experience as a Senior System Administrator
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Knowledge of system security techniques
- Good knowledge on O365
- Capacity to close fifteen+tickets a day
- Good knowledge in Microsoft technologies
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Team management abilities
- BSc in Computer Science or similar field
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Configure internal systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Supervise the Operations team
- Upgrade the network infrastructure
- Install servers, devices and firewalls
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
- Update technical documentation
- End User Support with more than 15+ tickets a day
