Senior Consultant – Compliance / Tech Lead
This position operates at one of the highest levels of technical expertise within the service delivery department. The Compliancy Services Lead is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the compliance and SLAs of the data center operations. This role partners with other delivery areas to implement and support trusted technology as well as ensures security compliance standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to work with minimal management in a team environment where every member is an important part of our success.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in similar working environment
- Experience working with Law Firm environments & applications is a plus
- ITIL V4 Certification
- Security+, CISSP, CEHor equivalent certification area plus
- Major Microsoft certification (MCSE, MCSA, MCITP SA or EA) not required, but a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience with NIST, CIS20 and other security standards across the industry
- Managing multiple security initiatives across all Microsoft platforms including Office 365
- Experience with server, desktop, application, and network patching solutions
- Experience with Endpoint security solutions including customizing and implementing policies strategically
- Experience with Backup and DR solutions including testing, failover and validating entire environments
- Experience with MFA implementation and deployment
- Experience with Web Filtering Solutions
- Experience with SIEM/Vulnerability Solutions
- Experience implementing security policies and controls
- Heavily involved in the audit, review, alignment, and deployment of security solutions for our clients
- Subject Matter Expert in security practices and management of the systems involved
- Ability to leverage their time to manage multiple assignments
- Developing cadence, proactive review, and deployment strategies for the security department
- Exceptional at creating and following checklists, policies, and procedures
- Has ability to pivot between assignments and tasks with minimal effort
- Continually educating themselves around the NIST/CIS20 frameworks
- Experience with PSA systems (Autotask or ConnectWise) is a requirement
- Assisting with the client alignment strategy across client base
- Patience, foresight, out of box thinking and confidence are character traits that are beneficial for this position
- Strong personable skills to help train and mentor our junior staff, utilized as an escalation resource at times
